Product request form

    Please fill in the following fields including the 3 digit artwork number which is  the first 3 digits of the artwork title followed by the 3 letter section code. List the desired products in the product requested field such as coffee mug, T-shirt, notecards, posters, etc. If you know the product number please included it there as well.
    Most requests are fulfilled within 48 hours and will be confirmed via e-mail. If you have a suggestion or comment please use our comment section or fill out our information request form.
